Street View from a location getIdByLocation

Click anywhere on the map: getIdByLocation asks the Maps API for the nearest official panorama within 100 m, and the loader fetches it. The marker shows where the panorama was actually taken. A #lat,lng hash, like #41.3817817,2.1716902, loads that spot.
